Horsley Orthodontics in South Jordan, UT seeks a full-time Clinical Orthodontic Assistant - Records and Sterilization Technician. No experience is required as we will train the right candidate; you will support front desk and clinical workflows while ensuring accuracy of patient records and sterilization processes.

You will take X-rays and digital photos, update records, and greet patients, with opportunities to learn general orthodontic assisting skills in a supportive team focused on patient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general computer literacy is expected.

Responsibilities

No two days are the same for our Clinical Orthodontic Assistant - Records and Sterilization Technician as you take on a wide variety of tasks to keep our patients happy and our office running smoothly. You warmly greet patients as they arrive, update their records, and escort them to the X-ray room. Diligently, you take X-rays and digital photos, upload them to our system, and assist your team with other procedures as needed. In between patients, you sterilize instruments, change equipment solutions, and clean the general records area. As time passes, you have the ability to develop your knowledge and learn general orthodontic assisting skills.
