iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced services team in San Francisco. The role will oversee 20–25 non-exempt staff and drive performance through KPIs and workflow automation.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing large teams in healthcare operations, with strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills. The position offers competitive compensation and opportunities to advance within the company.

Competenze

Minimum 4 years of management experience in operations, preferably in medical device or healthcare services.
Proven leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage high-volume operations and large teams.
Experience with clinical operational workflows.

Mansioni

Oversee daily operations of a 20–25 non-exempt team, ensuring production and quality standards.
Track staff performance metrics and drive process improvements.
Provide coaching and development, conduct reviews with HR and leadership.
Manage customer service in high-volume environments, with escalation and recovery processes.
Ensure compliant service delivery per FDA regulations and company policies.
Participate in strategic planning and budgeting with senior management.
Oversee headcount and recruitment strategy with Talent Acquisition.
Coordinate training with clinical teams for staff development.
