Qualifications

• 4+ years of management experience in healthcare or medical device operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume operations and large teams.
• Experience with KPI tracking, dashboards, and process improvement.
• Familiarity with FDA/state regulations in healthcare operations.

Responsibilities
