Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead care delivery and clinical operations transformations that improve throughput, utilization, and frontline performance for providers and payers. Your primary responsibilities may include design and implementation of care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions.

Travel up to 80% as needed by client needs. Minimum 3 years in healthcare management consulting and 5 years in care delivery operations, with a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in care delivery operations, utilization management, or clinical performance improvement.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred: Clinical background (RN, MD, PA) or significant experience working with clinical leaders.
• Experience with prior authorization, or throughput optimization.
• Exposure to EHR-enabled workflow redesign (Epic, Cerner).
• Ability to translate clinical strategy into operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Design care delivery models, workflows, and utilization management solutions.
• Drive improvements in patient flow, capacity, LOS, and avoidable utilization.
• Partner with clinical leaders to operationalize evidence-based pathways and workforce models.
