Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Clinical & Financial Performance Manager to align clinical outcomes with financial performance, improving total cost of care, quality results, and revenue integrity. The role leads cost-of-care transformation initiatives, quality improvement programs, and regulatory performance across client engagements.

You will partner with CFOs, finance and clinical leaders to optimize revenue cycle, documentation integrity, and payment alignment. Travel up to 80% as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost‑of‑care transformation, quality improvement, or clinical finance.
• Bachelor's Degree.

• Identify and address cost drivers through care standardization and variation reduction
• Lead quality management initiatives including regulatory performance, patient safety, and incentives
• Partner with finance and clinical leaders on revenue cycle, documentation integrity, and payment alignment
