Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum three years of inpatient nursing with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.

In emergency situations, they have the power to make broader decisions and collaborate with the Administrator-On-Call (AOC), even accessing additional resources as needed.This role is dedicated to ensuring high-quality and safe patient care, with a focus on achieving zero patient harm.
