Qualifications

• Licensed in Massachusetts (RN)
• Current CPR certification (AHA Health Care Provider)
• Three years of inpatient nursing practice with leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing and non-nursing staff to ensure safe patient care across units
• Make critical nursing practice decisions in line with Massachusetts Nursing Practice Act
• Monitor patient safety goals and PCS initiatives to improve care transitions and outcomes
