• Personnel/Direct Report Management and Acute Care Pharmacy Operations Support: Primary focus on shift supervision, including staffing plans, scheduling and accountability to BH code of conduct.
• Education/Training: establish and oversee training curriculum for employees and learners in the department.
• Project Management: design, implement, and participate in projects related to medication-use and delivery systems and safety improvements.
