Job summary

Edison Scientific is seeking a Clinical Operations Subject Matter Expert to join the Forward Deployed team. You will ensure AI-generated clinical outputs are protocol-ready, regulatory-compliant, and aligned with how trial teams run studies.

Role involves evaluating AI agents on design tasks, partnering with client teams, and feeding real-world trial execution knowledge back to the platform. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical operations or development.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience designing Phase I–III trials with strong protocol design skills.
• Experience in oncology, immuno-oncology, immunology, cardiovascular, neurology, or hepatology.
• Knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements for trials.
• End-to-end trial lifecycle familiarity; can travel 20–40% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve AI agent performance on clinical operations tasks.
• Design benchmarks and acceptance criteria for trial-focused workflows.
• Partner with client clinical ops and development teams to integrate AI agents.
• Assess feasibility, GCP compliance, and alignment with real-world trial execution.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and Computational Biologists daily.
• Support scoping, metrics, and technical evaluation with GTM.
