Job Description

The Healthcare Program Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating our mental health program. This role includes overseeing administrative duties such as scheduling, client communications, recruitment, retention, and supporting quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should be able to handle a wide range of administrative tasks, communicate effectively, adapt to a dynamic environment, and support others positively. This position reports to the Healthcare Director.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Managing inboxes, calendars, contacts, etc.
• Scheduling meetings and appointments extensively
• Handling confidential information securely
• Keeping updated on policies and protocols
• Communicating daily with clients and team members
• Developing and maintaining clinical administrative materials, including marketing assets
• Managing client retention and recruitment efforts
• Overseeing administrative processes

The ideal candidate has

• Experience as a healthcare clinical administrator
• Experience in an outpatient setting and mental healthcare
• A responsible, motivated, and positive attitude
• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's Degree
• Ability to handle sensitive information tactfully
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience with website builders like Squarespace
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
• Initiative, creativity, and adaptability
• Ability to work well in a team

Terms of Employment

This is a part-time, fully remote, contracted role with pre-scheduled meetings, offering up to 10 hours per week at competitive pay. Candidates must be located on the West Coast (PST).
