Job summary

WellDyne is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to oversee client implementations in pharmacy services. You will lead complex onboarding, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery aligns with contractual requirements.

Travel may be required. The role demands sharp attention to detail, superior communication, and strong project management, time management, and staff development skills to exceed client expectations and deliver an exceptional service experience.

Qualifications

• This position requires a college four-year degree or a minimum of 5 years' experience in client services or project management.
• Experience working in Pharmacy Operations/Technology and/or project management work history.
• Requires ongoing learning in the pharmacy industry and continuous product knowledge development in the areas of PBM, pharmacy practices, company-specific product offerings, pricing components, and company capabilities and limitations.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations for large, complex clients with unique service requirements.
• Serve as primary Implementation operations contact for strategic partners
• Provide project management leadership and develop detailed project plans
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, Mail Pharmacy Operations, and other departments
• Produce objective reporting to leadership on critical path items and customer status
