Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Associates degree or higher in Business, Nursing, Health Care, or related field OR minimum two (2) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or related field OR minimum three (3) years in related field.
• Minimum one (1) year of leadership experience, with or without direct reports.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire
• Registered Nurse license (California) required at hire

Responsibilities

• Recommend developmental opportunities; mentor and coach team members for performance improvement.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities; ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Facilitate team meetings and manage action items; ensure compliance timelines and financial commitments.
• Manage care delivery operations 24/7 with cross-functional teams and resource coordination.
• Lead improvements to operations and technology processes; monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure safe, quality, standardized care and regulatory compliance across the unit.
