Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, Florida, is seeking an administrative leader to recruit, staff, orient, train, and evaluate personnel while managing the center’s fiscal operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead operations to maintain patient experience standards, supervise scheduling, and coordinate with corporate clients. A strong background in nursing/medical support and BLS/CPR certification is essential.

Qualifications

• General nursing/medical assistant practices knowledge.
• General radiographic procedures knowledge.
• POC lab testing knowledge.
• Strong critical-thinking skills.
• English communication proficiency.
• Basic math proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, staffs, orients, trains, disciplines, and evaluates personnel in accordance with personnel policy and laws.
• Manages fiscal operations including budget development and revenue generation.
• Reviews employee time, attendance, staffing, turnover, overtime, and absenteeism.
• Rounds with team members and patients to ensure patient experience standards.
• Maintains safe and efficient center operations.
• Manages activities to meet regulatory licensure and QA programs.
• Investigates and responds to complaints and implements corrective actions.
• Communicates with key clients to monitor satisfaction and identify opportunities.
• Manages Accounts Receivable and reporting.
• Performs front desk duties, drug screens, and clinical support duties.
• Oversees additional service lines as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
