Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Licensed in Washington DC as LPC or LICSW.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Positive and supportive attitude towards the agency and its success.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate a team of clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Provide clinical training to staff and ensure documentation quality.
• Maintain confidentiality of client records.
• Conduct therapeutic services with individuals, families, and groups.
• Prepare diagnostic and biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop training programs.
• Provide expert-level consultation to staff.
• Help expand services to meet community needs.
• Provide emergency services during and after hours as assigned.
• Lead the interdisciplinary team to support care delivery and evaluations.
• Ensure smooth clinical operations through trainings and meetings.
• Provide office-based supervision to transition facilitators and review performance.
• Comply with DC Mental Health Standards and all laws.
• Complete a minimum of ten billable hours weekly.
• Attend all company-required training.
• Perform other related duties.
