Community Hospital is seeking an Internal Medicine Associates Clinical Manager for the Grand Valley site in Grand Junction, CO. This on-site role oversees clinic operations, staff, and patient care coordination with standard clinic hours and travel as needed.

The incumbent will lead scheduling, equipment readiness, infection control, and regulatory compliance while driving quality improvements and effective revenue cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in healthcare management (internal medicine preferred).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement principles.
• Proficiency in computer applications and electronic health records systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient scheduling, triage, and clinic workflow to optimize efficiency and access.
• Oversee infection control measures and safety protocols.
• Recruit, hire, and train clinic staff; supervise and evaluate performance.
• Facilitate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-up care; coordinate care transitions.
