Wellness Health Careers is recruiting for a Family Medicine Physician at Grand Valley Primary Care in Grand Junction, Colorado. The position offers 100% outpatient care with call responsibilities limited to phone-based on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine
• Licensed to practice in Colorado
• Experience in outpatient family medicine preferred, EMR experience required (Meditech Expanse)

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% outpatient family medicine care to a diverse patient population.
• Manage 15–20 patients per day with 20–40 minute visits.
• Answer phone calls on-call responsibilities as needed.
• Collaborate with specialty network for consultations and referrals.

Family Medicine Position Highlights:

Grand Valley Primary Care has been instrumental in Community Hospital’s unprecedented growth and success over the last decade. Grand Valley Primary Care now stretches the length of the entire Grand Valley with multiple clinic locations in Palisade, Grand Junction, and Fruita to better support the area's growing population. We are actively looking for additional Family Medicine Physicians to join these expanding practice locations.

• 32 Patient Contact Hours, plus 8 hours of administrative time per week.
• 100% Outpatient Practice
• Phone Call only on-call responsibilities.
• Strong network of supporting specialists for consultations.
• Dedicated ramp up period for new providers
• 15-20 patients per day. 20- and 40-minute patient appointments.
• Meditech Expanse EMR

Position Includes:

• Attractive and competitive guaranteed base salary of $244,206.35 plus wRVU production-based compensation.
