Job summary

Community Hospital in Grand Junction, CO seeks a Diagnostic Cardiologist to join Grand Valley Cardiology. This hospital-based role offers a competitive base salary with wRVU production, a signing bonus, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package. MD/DO required; BE/BC in cardiology preferred.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Board eligible or certified in cardiology (BE/BC).
• Active medical license in the appropriate state or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic cardiology services in hospital and clinic settings.
• Contribute to Grand Valley Cardiology and Cardio-Pulmonary Rehab programs.
• Collaborate with a network of specialists for consultations.
• Maintain four full days of patient contact per week.

Cardiology Position Highlights

Grand Valley Cardiology has been instrumental in Community Hospital’s growth and success over the last five years. From what started out as a small outpatient offering has expanded over the last five years to now offer both hospital and clinic-based Cardiology services and Grand Valley Cardiology supports a thriving Cardio-Pulmonary Rehab program. We are actively looking for an additional Diagnostic Cardiologist to join this expanding essential service line for the organization.

• Cardiology Group consists of 3 Cardiologists and 2 Cardiology Nurse Practitioners
• Training in advanced Cardiac Imaging and/or device management is strongly preferred
• 4 Full-Days of Patient Contact Time per week.
• Strong network of supporting specialists for consultations.
• Dedicated ramp up period for new Physician

Position Includes

• Initial guaranteed annual base salary of $525,000 - $575,000 (based on experience) plus wRVU Production Compensation
