We are seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinical services. This role is crucial for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients through seamless virtual consultations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical operations, telemedicine, and healthcare administration, along with a passion for improving patient outcomes through innovative technology.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight Manage and optimize the clinical operations of telehealth services to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.

Team Leadership Lead a team of clinical staff including physicians, nurse practitioners, and support staff. Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.

Process Improvement Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations, enhance patient care, and reduce operational costs.

Technology Integration Collaborate with IT and product teams to ensure seamless integration of telemedicine platforms and tools with clinical workflows.

Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, state/federal laws) and oversee quality assurance measures to maintain a high standard of care.

Data Analysis & Reporting Monitor and analyze clinical metrics, patient feedback, and operational performance to drive continuous improvements.

Cross-Department Collaboration Work closely with other departments including marketing, customer support, and business development to ensure cohesive service delivery.

Patient Experience Advocate for patient satisfaction, working with the clinical and customer support teams to address any issues or concerns that arise during telehealth visits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare management, preferably within telemedicine or a related field.

Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop teams in a remote or hybrid environment.

Strong understanding of telehealth technology, clinical workflows, and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS guidelines).

This role reports to the CEO and is to lead and oversee the daily operations of our facility within the in-house hospital network. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Outpatient knowledge, psychiatry, healthcare operations, mental health services, and the complexities of managing both clinical and non-clinical functions in a fast-paced environment.

As VP of Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of patient care, operational efficiency, and financial sustainability while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. You will work closely with the executive team, clinical leaders, and staff to drive performance improvements and promote a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments including clinical, administrative, and support services.

Collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and senior leadership to develop and implement strategic goals and initiatives that align with the hospital’s mission and objectives.

Lead the development and execution of operational strategies aimed at improving patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, including those specific to mental health services, accreditation standards, and insurance requirements.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, including revenue cycle management and cost control strategies, to meet both short-term and long-term financial goals.

Enhance patient experience by fostering a patient-centered culture, improving patient flow, and ensuring quality care delivery through clinical and administrative operations.

Develop and implement performance metrics, quality improvement initiatives, and data-driven solutions to monitor and improve hospital performance across various operational areas.

Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of department heads and operational staff, promoting professional development and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance providers, referral networks, community organizations, and regulatory bodies.

Monitor industry trends, emerging best practices, and technology innovations to ensure the hospital remains at the forefront of mental health care delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

5+ years of senior-level experience in healthcare operations, with at least 1 years in a leadership role, preferably within mental health services or a hospital setting.

Proven track record of successfully managing hospital operations, improving efficiency, and achieving financial targets.

In-depth knowledge of mental health services, treatment models, and patient care standards.

Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue cycle management.

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and drive organizational change.

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and accreditation requirements (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission).

Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners.
