Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
  1. Operations of designated area, collaborating with department leadership to ensure high-quality care, patient engagement, regulatory compliance, and safety.
  2. Developing and monitoring operational processes and procedures.
  3. Leading process improvement initiatives for high-quality outcomes.
  4. Optimizing staff scheduling and department staffing.
  5. Overseeing payroll, time management, and policy compliance.
  6. Serving as a clinical and operational resource.
  7. Assisting the Director in monitoring productivity, financial management, and variance reporting.
  8. Managing complex projects within the department and organization.
  9. Facilitating communication within and across departments.
  10. Adapting to organizational change while supporting staff and maintaining effective communication.
Personnel Management:
  • Creating a diverse, engaging work environment and proactively addressing issues.
  • Recruiting and developing a high-quality, diverse workforce.
  • Coordinating professional development and ensuring new employee orientation.
  • Managing performance through coaching, disciplinary actions, and performance appraisals.
Clinical Quality Outcomes:
  • Maintaining high standards for quality of care and patient safety.
  • Implementing process and outcome improvements based on best practices and research.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and accreditation standards.
  • Focusing on metrics to improve quality and safety.
Leadership Competencies:

Including influencing others, organizational awareness, human resource management, and personal leadership. Emphasis on communication, strategic thinking, financial acumen, emotional intelligence, and continuous professional development.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Current Illinois license and certification.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum five years healthcare experience.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: $99,840 - $164,736. Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and various voluntary benefits.
