Job summary

CHRIS 180 is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager in Georgia to oversee clinical service delivery, onboarding, training, productivity, and compliance in the EHR environment. You will guide clinicians, coordinate system access and credentialing, and ensure timely documentation while collaborating with Admissions, Billing, and Compliance teams.

The role combines process optimization, data monitoring, and staff support to drive program effectiveness and adherence to state and payor regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social service/psychology/social work/counseling (preferably licensed for clinical supervision).
• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.
• Understanding of trauma and social determinants of health.
• Knowledge of Medicaid and commercial insurance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job training for new clinical staff during the first 90 days.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks including system access, NPI setup, CAQH profile creation, and insurance credentialing.
• Monitor completion of required training in Relias, CHRIS180 Relias, and Docebo; provide ongoing staff training.
• Collaborate with Clinical Program Managers and Directors on staff performance and role fit.
• Monitor documentation timelines and ensure compliance; conduct peer chart audits and training on compliance.
• Run operational reports: Not Billed, Failed Events, Cancellations, Clients Not Seen, Treatment Plans Not Signed, Discharged Clients.
• Ensure staff profiles in myEvolv are correctly configured; train on key systems (myEvolv, myHP, myTelehealth).
• Formalize and update internal clinical processes; resolve interdepartmental issues with Admissions, Billing, UM, Compliance, Training.
• Lead and participate in meetings; provide clinical supervision per Georgia Board rules; support leadership with change management.
