CHRIS 180’s Gwinnett Counseling Center seeks a Clinical Program Manager to provide clinical leadership and oversee program operations in Gwinnett, GA. The role partners with Clinical Director, therapists, admissions, and operations to ensure high-quality behavioral health services and positive client experiences.

The position emphasizes staff development, quality assurance, compliance, and outreach to grow referral networks while ensuring trauma-informed, ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field required.
• Active independent clinical licensure required.
• Clinical supervision credential required (ACS, CPCS, etc).
• 3–5 years of behavioral health or mental health experience.
• Leadership or program management experience required.
• Experience with Medicaid/DBHDD, clinical documentation, audits, and compliance preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership and support to therapists and clinical staff at Gwinnett Counseling Center.
• Provide clinical supervision related to practice, documentation, risk, assessments, and treatment planning.
• Support onboarding, training, and professional development of clinical staff.
• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and program performance at the center.
• Monitor productivity, caseloads, referrals, and service delivery.
• Develop workflows and processes to improve clinic operations.
• Represent CHRIS 180 in community outreach and marketing to increase referrals.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director and other departments on organizational initiatives.
