Brooklyn Health is hiring a Clinical Operations Manager to oversee eCOA deployments in CNS clinical trials. This in-person role sits within the Operations team at our NoHo office and requires full-time presence in New York City.

The candidate will coordinate timelines, oversee protocol reviews, and ensure successful project delivery across internal teams, with a focus on process improvement and scalable program management.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to align project goals.
• Ability to gain support from multiple stakeholders and maintain alignment with business initiatives.
• Proven experience in project planning and managing budgets for clinical studies.
• Strong documentation discipline and use of PM tools like Asana.
• Interest in addressing the mental health crisis in the U.S. and improving CNS trials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management and delivery of eCOA and related Brooklyn Health solutions, including rater certification, scale licensing, and data monitoring.
• Coordinate with customers on timelines, project specifications, testing, and go-live readiness.
• Perform clinical protocol review to ensure software and service delivery meet requirements.
• Maintain tracking and reporting on project deliverables, manage issue resolution, and support ongoing project updates.
• Collaborate with internal Science, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive process improvement and project management best practices.
