Job summary

A healthcare organization in New York is seeking a Clinical Manager to coordinate the management of an Intensive Outpatient treatment program. The ideal candidate will oversee staff, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and develop policies for vocational services. A Master's degree in Social Work or related field is required, along with strong interpersonal skills and experience in addiction treatment. Qualifications

• Must be a Qualified Health Professional (QHP).
• CASAC preferred.
• Experience in training and supervising staff required.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Knowledge of addiction treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily management of an Intensive Outpatient treatment program.
• Participate in development and enforcement of clinical policies.
• Oversee review of admission paperwork and active charts.
• Hire, supervise, evaluate, and train counseling staff.
• Develop systems to collect and report required data to OASAS.
