Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead role for Nursing Professional Development Department in operating the Learning Management System to upload content, assign to users, track performance.
• Lead role in planning and transitioning nursing competencies to electronic format via the Learning Management System.
• Serve as key organizational resource for patient experience data; disseminate data with leadership to support strategic alignment initiatives.
• Streamline and improve record keeping of Nursing continuing education programs relative to the nursing database.
• Assist in coordinating educational material as necessary.
• Maintain intranet for shared governance and patient care services; evaluate options to enhance end user experience.
