Responsibilities

• Oversee daily line management for assigned team and ensure staffing, training, and development.
• Lead induction programs and maintain up-to-date staff records and profiles.
• Support project resourcing and allocation through local processes.
• Escalate issues impacting project deliverables and ensure quality compliance.
• Deliver training on SOPs and WPDs; identify training gaps and close them.
• Contribute to process improvement and risk-based monitoring understanding.
• Review systems and metrics to evaluate staff performance and project status.
• Lead hiring, performance reviews, and salary-related actions as needed.
