• Experience in clinical trials including management/leadership roles.
• Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage staff according to policies and regulations; plan, assign, direct work; assess performance and develop staff.
• Lead onboarding and training of new employees.
• Allocate resources to clinical studies based on staff experience.
• Monitor and improve staff performance and quality of work.
• Identify quality risks and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership to address challenges and ensure service quality.
