Job summary

Adams Clinical in Boston is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Operations to lead day-to-day site operations, staff management, and ensure trial quality and regulatory compliance across inpatient and outpatient studies.

You will partner with leadership to optimize study conduct, manage budgets, oversee QA, and drive performance with sponsors and investigators, while maintaining ALCOA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience in clinical research.
• 5+ years of clinical research experience preferred; hands-on experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator is a plus.
• Knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical trial protocols.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site-level operations and provide leadership across study teams.
• Staff management, operational oversight, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality trial execution.
• Monitor enrollment, visit schedules, and site performance metrics for inpatient and outpatient studies.
• Support recruitment, eligibility assessments, randomization, and SAE/AESI reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance on CTA invoicing, budgeting, and forecasting.
