Job summary

ReKlame Health is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager to own daily clinical and care operations and drive scale. You'll oversee the care operations team, ensure smooth workflows, and lead cross-functional projects with clinical, product, and growth teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience at a digital healthcare startup.
• Proven people management experience leading teams and outcomes.
• Track record of running projects independently with measurable results.
• Comfort using data to track, report on, and improve metrics.
• Strong communication with teams and stakeholders.
• Low ego, ownership mindset, and willingness to do unglamorous work.
• Resilience in a fast-moving environment and decisiveness.

Responsibilities

• Daily & weekly operations: monitor queues, appointment flow, patient touchpoints, and unblock issues.
• Project-based work: lead end-to-end projects, design workflows, and measure impact.
• People management: coach offshore operations team and manage capacity planning.
• Process & quality improvement: document SOPs and lead continuous improvements.
