Responsibilities include leading clinical onboarding, staff development, chart audits, and readiness for audits and accreditation reviews. You will provide clinical consultation and collaborate with leadership to advance evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Must hold independent clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent).
• Experience in recovery, trauma, and co-occurring disorders ideal.
• Strong knowledge of EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor clinical programs and services.
• Perform audits, compliance reviews, and site inspections.
• Lead training, onboarding, and staff development.
• Support accreditation readiness and action plans.
• Provide clinical consultation to affiliated programs.
