Job summary

The Division of Youth Services in Colorado seeks a Clinical Operations Lead to deliver health care to detained, pre-trial, and committed youth. You will provide clinical leadership across multiple facilities and translate policy into practical workflows that ensure safe, high-quality care.

You will supervise medical clinic staff, oversee health screenings and exams, and coordinate with the Medical Lead on complex cases.

Qualifications

• Current, valid licensure as an Advanced Practice Nurse from the Colorado Board of Nursing; or physician assistant with prescriptive authority (RXN).
• Demonstrated ability to supervise clinical staff and ensure documentation quality.
• Experience with coordinating care across multiple facilities and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations across multiple facilities within the Division.
• Supervise health screenings, appraisals, and exams for youth.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and timely CDC/state reporting.
• Coordinate with Medical Leads on referrals for complex cases.
• Oversee documentation practices and quality assurance in EHR.
