Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 2-5 years of related work experience.
• Experience in academic medical center or complex research university environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration and collation of evaluations for staff and faculty.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, events, and complex appointments; support leadership offices.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and guidelines by office staff.
• Manage provider scheduling, on-call calendars, and scheduling systems.
• Support onboarding for new faculty and staff and assist with transitions.
• Monitor finances for the clinical section and ensure spending stays within budget.
• Provide administrative support for a large group of clinical providers and sections.
