Reporting to the CEO, you will supervise staff, manage admissions and care plans, monitor quality metrics, drive business development, and foster strong partnerships with clinicians, hospitals, case managers, and community organizations to

Qualifications

• Active Virginia RN license preferred; or qualified healthcare professional meeting Virginia Personal Care Agency requirements.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Virginia Personal Care regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily agency operations.
• Lead clinical oversight including admissions, assessments, and service plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Virginia Department of Health and federal requirements.
• Recruit, supervise, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Support quality assurance, performance improvement, and risk management.
• Develop relationships with referral sources and community partners.
• Represent the agency professionally within the community.
• Participate in marketing and outreach activities as assigned.
