The Hospitals of Providence - Sierra Campus in El Paso seeks an experienced Assistant Director to oversee daily department operations, supervise staff, manage supplies and schedules. You will drive efficient workflows, collaborate across teams, and support quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Academic nursing degree required (BSN or MSN).
• Master's degree in health administration, business, public health, or related field preferred.
• Licensed/registered to practice as required by state law.
• AHA BLS certification.
