Job summary

LGBT Life Center is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to provide strategic leadership for two medical clinics. The role requires overseeing operations, compliance, quality improvement, and collaborative care with Pharmacy Leadership, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered services and sustainable growth.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and align clinical workflows with organizational priorities while maintaining strong partnerships with community partners and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; master's preferred.
• Progressive healthcare operations experience in ambulatory or community health settings.
• Ability to lead clinical operations with focus on patient access, quality, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for two medical clinics and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Direct daily clinic operations including staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Leadership to coordinate integrated care and medication access.
• Oversee budgets, financial performance, and program expansion.
• Lead quality improvement, staff development, and vendor relationships.
