Metrocare Services is seeking a Clinical Manager in Dallas to lead the quality management of clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality services. The role includes supervising managers, directing program development, and maintaining fiscal responsibility within the program.

The position requires a master’s degree in a human service field, extensive mental health experience, and proven supervisory background.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work or related field required.
• 7-10 years mental health experience required.
• 5 years of management/supervisory experience required.
• LPC/LCSW/LMFT or equivalent license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site operations including business office, medical support staff, and clinical teams.
• Provide guidance and supervision to staff to ensure quality care and process adherence.
• Lead program planning, interagency relations, and resource development.
• Participate in hiring and supervision of site staff.
• Ensure timely patient access to comprehensive, trauma-informed services.
• Oversee CQI processes and ensure continual quality improvement.
