Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to support the SCRIC in Irvine, CA. The role includes scheduling, emailing, reminders, filing, inventory organization, product ordering, chart preparation, room setup, and data entry for skincare clinical studies.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree (or an associate with experience), have 3-5 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate excellent customer service, strong organization, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; associate degree acceptable with experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience in clinical operations or medical office setting.
• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within teams.
• Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines governing clinical research is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support scheduling, emailing, reminders, and participant check-in/out.
• Perform room preparation and general sanitizing of treatment areas.
• Handle administrative duties: scheduling, calls, emails, reminders, filing.
• Prepare patient charts, study product supplies, and maintain inventory.
• Assist with data entry and study document organization.
