Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network seeks a Clinical Coordinator to plan, coordinate, direct and evaluate daily operations on the unit, guiding the unit-based team to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

The role requires RN licensure in NJ or PA, 2–5 years nursing experience in a unit specialty, and demonstrated skills in staffing, education, performance improvement and budget management. This on-site role supports collaboration with physicians and staff and offers opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current license in NJ or PA, depending on work location.
• Two to five years nursing experience in unit specialty preferred.
• Evidence of successful completion of BLS.

Responsibilities

• Develop staffing plans based on patient care needs.
• Assign care responsibilities to the unit-based team.
• Maintain departmental records for admin and regulatory purposes.
• Facilitate staff education, orientation and competency reviews.
• Participate in annual performance reviews and hiring of staff.
• Conduct customer service activities and handle complaints.
• Manage daily unit operations within budget parameters.
• Perform in-depth patient assessments and formulate care plans.
• Lead collaborative plans of care and monitor outcomes.
• Contribute to unit-based performance improvement initiatives.
