As the Clinical Operations Analyst, you will have a critical position in scaling one of the fastest-growing private companies in the US. Hazel Health is the market leader, with 2-3x year-over-year growth for multiple years in a row. The Senior Clinical Operations Analyst will be part of a small, cross-functional team that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of mental health services. In this role, you will bridge the gap between clinical practice, technology, and the operational side of the telehealth service, ensuring that both students and providers have a seamless, effective experience.

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $75,000 - $90,000, a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, stock options, and a broad range of other benefits and perks.
