Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of administrative experience in higher education, health professions education, or complex healthcare operations preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with clinical management software (Exxat, ACEMAPP, and myClinicalExchange), learning management systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and web portal maintenance; strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail; and excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with students, clinical preceptors, hospital administrators, and program faculty.
• Familiarity with PA program accreditation standards (ARC-PA), clinical onboarding, and medical credentialing procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling - Manage cohort scheduling, room reservations for Call-Back Days, workshops, End of Rotation (EOR) exams, and End of Curriculum (EOC) activities, while coordinating testing accommodations and providing logistical support for graduate project presentations.
• Budget – processing preceptor stipends, third-party platform and facility invoices, and student expense reimbursements.
• Evaluations/Licensing – coordinate clinical evaluation collection, assist with assessment data management, prepare post-graduate licensing and NCCPA completion paperwork.
• Accreditation – maintain data required for ongoing ARC-PA accreditation reporting, self-study, site visits, and state SARA regulatory reporting.
