Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Pharm D degree in Pharmacy required.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure to practice pharmacy in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of one (1) year of IV experience in a hospital or ambulatory infusion site required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, rational, and cost-effective drug therapy for cancer center patients.
• Manage chemotherapy medications and monitor for side effects.
• Educate patients and collaborate with the healthcare team to select appropriate treatments.
