Job summary

Sinnissippi Centers is seeking a passionate supervisor to lead our Mount Carroll office clinical staff. The role oversees 3-5 clinicians, manages office operations, and maintains caseloads to deliver client services.

Qualified applicants will have behavioral health treatment experience with a range of diagnoses and ages, plus 2-3+ years of supervisory experience. LCSW or LCPC credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• QMHP/Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field required.
• LCSW or LCPC credential preferred.
• 2-3+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Behavioral health experience with a variety of diagnoses and ages required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3-5 clinicians and oversee office operations.
• Carry a caseload and perform client services.
