Job summary

Sinnissippi Centers seeks a licensed mental health professional to supervise and deliver comprehensive clinical services in collaboration with schools and community partners. You will oversee staff, review EMR records, and coordinate services while maintaining your own caseload and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a Master's in Social Work or Psychology and LCPC/LCSW licensure, plus supervisory experience, crisis management skills, and strong documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related human service field.
• Licensure to provide mental health services (LCPC or LCSW preferred).
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating school-based services.
• Ability to problem solve complex crisis mental health client problems.
• Ability to write clear, concise client documentation and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Works cooperatively with teachers and staff to relay information and coordinate services.
• Supervises staff through weekly supervision and meetings.
• Reviews paperwork and EMR records for accuracy and growth opportunities.
• Provides guidance on growing and maintaining supervisees' caseloads.
• Delivers clinical services and reviews case notes and difficult cases.
• Acts as liaison with case workers, therapists, and school personnel.
• Coordinates program evaluations and completes required compliance paperwork.
• Provides supervisees with clinical tools, training, and goal setting.
• May manage own caseload, schedule with clients, and develop treatment plans.
