Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with form completion; verify insurance and demographics.
• Collect co-pays and balance receipts; ensure accuracy of payments.
• Schedule new and returning patients; update daily schedule.
• Call patients for appointment reminders and referrals as needed.
• Prepare charts for daily appointments and assist with billing questions.
• Support staff with reminder cards and other scheduling tasks.
