Job summary

DV Therapy Inc. in California is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary clinic team, designing and leading therapy programs to support development and rehabilitation for individuals with mental, physical, or emotional challenges.

You will work closely with the team, supervise COTAs, provide home programs and family education, and contribute to ongoing research and community education initiatives, all within our core values of respect, empathy, and proactivity.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in California required.
• Master's degree from an accredited OT program.
• Current CPR certification and annual TB skin test.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and organize occupational therapy programs
• Provide home programming and family education
• Recommend modifications to work or living environments
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Maintain patient records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
• Conduct training on therapy techniques
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Participate in meetings, training, and performance improvement initiatives
• Support research and community education projects
