Job summary

DV Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a clinic setting. You’ll design and lead therapy programs that support development and rehabilitation of individuals with mental, physical, or emotional challenges.

In this role you’ll perform assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise COTAs, educate families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license (CA)
• Master’s degree from an accredited OT program
• CPR certification & annual TB skin test

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and organize occupational therapy programs
• Provide home programming and family education
• Recommend modifications to work or living environments
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Maintain patient records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Supervise COTAs
• Conduct training on therapy techniques
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Participate in meetings, training, and performance improvement initiatives
• Support research and community education projects
