Mercy Hospital Southeast - Interventional Radiology in Cape Girardeau seeks a Clinical Supervisor to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and efficient use of resources. You will lead nursing teams, collaborate with physicians and staff, and promote professional standards.

Requirements include RN license, 3-5 years hospital nursing experience, BSN preferred, TNCC/ACLS/ENPC/PALS certifications, and Healthcare Provider card. Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Mercy benefits.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the applicable state.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Demonstrates strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing staff and coordinate with physicians and other personnel.
• Oversee staffing and patient flow to meet care goals.
