Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Clinical Supervisor for the Interventional Radiology unit located at Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO. The role requires an RN with hospital nursing experience to lead staffing, patient flow, and care quality in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, collaborating with physicians and administrators, and modeling professional standards. A BSN is preferred, with opportunities for growth within Mercy’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license with the Board of Nursing in the applicable State of practice.
• 3-5 years of hospital nursing experience.
• Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period.
• TNCC, ACLS/ALS and ENPC or PALS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, high‑quality, cost‑effective care by nursing staff and effective patient care delivery.
• Coordinate staffing and patient flow to meet bed management goals in collaboration with Staffing Office.
• Collaborate with physicians and administrative personnel to communicate and improve processes across the continuum.
• Lead and mentor co-workers to promote change and accountability, fostering servant leadership.
• Ensure compliance with policy and regulatory guidelines and Mercy Service Standards.
