Job summary

Maple Care Homes is seeking an experienced Clinical Nursing Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the nursing department and supervise both nursing and direct support staff. You will implement strategies to improve patient care and ensure compliance with policies and regulations while leading teams across shifts.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a deep understanding of best practices in nursing and administration, capable of coordinating admissions, care planning, and staff

Qualifications

• Five years of nursing experience preferred.
• Licensing/certification to perform this role required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Extensive knowledge of clinical risk management and healthcare technology.
• Deep understanding of health care policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide admission assessments for all new Residents.
• Complete admission paperwork promptly.
• Create service plans with input from Residents/guardians.
• Orient direct care staff to the service plan.
• Obtain physician orders, equipment, supplies, and medications.
