Job summary
Maple Care Homes is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our team as Clinical Nursing Supervisor. You will oversee all nursing department operations, supervise nursing and direct support staff, and implement strategies to improve patient care.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with expertise in nursing and administration. This role requires coordinating admission assessments, service plans, and staff orientations, while ensuring licensure compliance and effective communication
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of health care policies and regulations.

Responsibilities
- Provides leadership over the nursing department operations.
- Oversees admission assessments and paperwork for new Residents.
- Prepares service plans with input from Residents or responsible party.
- Orients care staff to service plans and ensures updates to orders and plans.
- Maintains 24-hour staffing plans to meet Residents’ needs.
- Directs supervision visits and ensures compliance with licensure rules.
- Reviews and updates service plans; manages discharges and transfers.
- Oversees medication management per policy and state statute.
- Communicates with families and health care providers regarding Residents.
