Full-time days, collaborative leadership, and operational oversight are central to the position. The supervisor will guide staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in performance improvement activities while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS certification upon hire and maintained.
• ACLS certification upon hire and maintained.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight for the department and collaborate with the unit Director/Manager.
• Develop and implement departmental plans, including performance improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate orientation and training for staff.
• Communicate with staff, physicians, and administration in writing and verbally.
• Ensure quality of staff and unit operations during shifts; supervise and evaluate personnel.
• Perform direct patient care as needed within scope of practice and adjust care plans as required.
